I have not received any of the newsletters. Why?

If you have not received any of our newsletters, there are several possible causes.

You may have mispelled your email address when you subscribed.
Your inbox may have been full at the time that we sent the newsletter to you.
Your mail server may have been temporarily down.
Most likely, though, it is because our newsletter has been sent to your Junk Email folder and identified as spam.

Your Spam Filter may let some messages through and not others. Please check your mailbox settings to check you can receive all emails from us.

You may also want to add our email address to your Contact List to make sure that any message we send you gets through.

If you continue to have problems, we recommend that you try resubscribing with a different email address. For example, if your hotmail address cannot receive our emails, your yahoo address might have different settings that will allow them through.
